Obligrant is a citation-anchored obligation extraction tool for grant managers. It accepts grant award terms as input and returns a structured checklist of obligations extracted from those terms. The output is a reading aid, not a compliance record, legal opinion, audit opinion, or certified document.
Each obligation in the output quotes its source clause verbatim. The service is designed to extract only what is explicitly stated in the input; it may miss obligations, misinterpret clauses, or fail to extract anything from text it cannot classify as a grant award document. The service makes no claim about the completeness or accuracy of its output.
Obligrant does not offer user accounts, registration, login, or saved history. No submitted text is stored, indexed, cached, or reused. Each analysis is an independent, ephemeral request-response cycle. Closing the browser tab or navigating away from the results page discards all output.
By using the service, you agree that:
3.1 You will not rely solely on Obligrant's output for compliance decisions. Always verify the output against the original award document and consult a qualified compliance professional.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any grant award terms you submit do not violate applicable laws, regulations, or contractual obligations. The service does not distinguish between information that may and may not be shared.
3.3 You will not use the service to analyse documents containing classified, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted information that may not be transmitted to a third-party cloud inference provider.
Obligrant does not claim any ownership over the grant award terms you submit or the structured output generated from them. Because the service stores nothing, no rights are transferred, assigned, or licensed beyond the ephemeral processing necessary to produce the analysis.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OBLIGRANT AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMPLIANCE VIOLATIONS, AUDIT FINDINGS, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR MISSED DEADLINES. YOU USE THE SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The service does not send email reminders, alerts, notifications, digests, calendar invites, or any form of proactive communication. Deadlines extracted from grant terms are displayed in the analysis output for your reference only. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all deadlines identified.
These terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Because the service has no accounts or contact information, no notice of changes can be sent. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
No governing law or jurisdiction has been established because no legal entity has been registered for Obligrant. This section will be updated when the operator provides the entity name, address and jurisdiction.

No payment processor is connected. Obligrant does not currently charge for any plan. The free Starter plan is available now. Paid plans are not yet operational, and no payment information is collected or processed through this website. The terms below describe intended billing practices for when paid plans become available.
11.1 Plans and prices. Paid plans will be offered at the prices stated on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are in United States dollars and are quoted per month unless otherwise stated.
11.2 Billing period. Paid subscriptions would be billed monthly in advance. The first charge would occur at subscription activation. Subsequent charges would occur on the same calendar day each month.
11.3 Failed payments. If a payment fails (e.g. a card is declined or insufficient funds), the subscription would remain active for a grace period of 7 days. If payment is not successfully processed within the grace period, access to paid features would be suspended until payment is received. After 30 days without successful payment, the subscription would be cancelled.
11.4 Refunds. Because the service is delivered immediately at the time of use (the analysis is ephemeral and consumed on the spot), refunds for completed billing periods are not provided. If a technical issue prevents the service from functioning as described, the operator will assess resolution on a case-by-case basis. Since no payment processor is yet connected, no refund request can currently be processed.
11.5 Price changes. Prices stated on the Pricing page may change in future. Because Obligrant does not maintain accounts, email addresses, or contact information for users, price changes take effect immediately upon being published on the Pricing page. Users are encouraged to review the Pricing page periodically.
11.6 No payment today. As of the last updated date of these terms, no payment processor is integrated with this website. No subscription or payment transaction can be completed on this site. This section describes intended billing practices for future use only.
